    I was a first home buyer, so Jaime had to teach me quite a bit. Instead of pushing for a quick sell, she was concerned about finding the right place for me. She took the time to get to know me and my needs, and she would point out shortcomings and bonuses at each place we saw. She was very good at accommodating my crazy schedule, and I never felt rushed. Her strength is her patience - although she had clients looking in larger price ranges, I never felt she wasn't working 100% for me.

    First time homebuyers are an often overlooked market, whether it be because we are high-maintenance due to lack of experience or because we aren’t buying the 15,000 square foot dream houses. Either way, it is not a glamorous market, but buying my first home was very important to me. Finding a real estate agent in the City that not only shared my vision for my first home, but also had in-depth knowledge of local housing options, was very difficult. Add to that my demanding schedule, and I was sure that I would never find an agent with the flexibility and professionalism I wanted.

    Jaime’s honesty and level of service was beyond reproach. She had a patient ear for my endless questions and requests for explanations. Taking care of even the smallest detail, Jaime was organized and ready with the information and recommendations in the calm, professional voice I was unable to muster.     Buying a house and moving to a new city was something that came up fairly suddenly for my wife and I. Having been used to renting for so many years, we were largely unaware of the amount of work involved in purchasing a home, especially in another city.     While we were still living in the UK a good friend of ours recommended Jaime to us. Initially we had to conduct everything via email but this never felt like a restriction, her replies were always prompt and full. We traded MLS numbers and responses (more than 80 we think!) before we visited which worked really well. We then visited for 3.5 days, in which time we ideally wanted to find and secure a house - a tall order by any measure! During that short period Jaime devoted so much time to us, driving us around areas and houses. We saw 17 houses in all and she had clearly absorbed and understood all our email opinions on houses before our visit because they were all very appropriate. We were lucky enough to find and secure the ideal house for us during that short time which was fantastic but we really felt that Jaime had checked all houses for sale at that time against what we wanted, she'd clearly done so much preparation. Obviously, we could say if we liked the houses themselves both on the MLS and in person but we were completely in her hands for choice of area in the city - a good family area with good schools. We're pleased to say that we're thrilled with Hunt Club and everything we see and hear about John Dearness where the children attend is all good.

    We really are very happy here and part of that is because Jaime helped us so much in choosing and finding our house and generally relocating. Our relocation from the UK made us, at least in our own minds, "high maintenance"! But she never blinked an eye at our questions and continued to help and advise us even after moving in. We have no hesitation in referring Jaime to other friends.
